Communication is indeed an art. This book is fantastic because it talks about how to be an excellent communicator by covering all aspects that impact communication. For example, it covers the impact of tone, nonverbal communication, using correct terminology and body language, etc.

Overall, a great book. Reading this book was a transformative experience for me, and I believe it can be for you, too. I highly recommend it. a lot, too. :)
