Why I Wrote This Book
In 1990, I had the privilege of speaking just before Stephen R. Covey at a small event. Sitting next to him and then watching him speak was unforgettable. His clarity, calm presence, and conviction left a lasting impression—and his book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, continues to inspire decades later.
