Did you know that spending time around trees can positively impact your health and well-being? Studies have shown that both exercising in forests and simply sitting and looking at trees can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve mood by reducing the stress-related hormones cortisol and adrenaline.

Trees, in particular, are "social creatures" that communicate with each other in cooperative ways, offering valuable lessons for humans.
Speaking of trees, painter Bob Ross used to refer to them as "happy little trees" while painting them, and it's not hard to see why - looking at a picture of happy trees has been found to boost mood and bring a smile to your face!
