"Connections and Why They Matter"
Most of what happens in our life will spark a connection. Life connects with what has been found in books. Books connect with what happens in life. Use the connections to help you see more clearly. A love of reading and writing is what motivated the creation of this blog. Thank you for coming to the blog.
Sunil was first profiled in a guest post on this site in September 2020 and this post originally was made late this summer.
Sunil is a PhD candidate at George Mason University in Manassas, Virginia where his educational focus is Microbiology & Infectious Disease but he is home for a few days and is helping his family open up their restaurant, the Himalayan Kitchen South Jordan, Utah
We had a chance to catch up some and visit about his work and my own areas of focus. Sunil offered to assist on a book project with me and we will need to visit more about that soon. His strong research skill proficiency could compliment and provide insight into a subject I am currently writing about.
When I interviewed Sunil for the September 2020 post I told him that I was impressed by how many international students come to the US for advanced degrees and focused many of my questions on his experiences. I have worked with a lot of people who have come to this country trying to assist them in teaching job search skills and I am always impressed with the work ethic I witness.
Sunil’s experience in perusing a PhD degree are impressive. He is still and executive member of the Society Of Life Sciences in Kathmandu Nepal and has studied Medical Microbiology at Pokhara University and Eastern Illinois University all preparing for his current PhD work.
