When you decide on a question, you are taking the first step in finding an answer, but you have also narrowed the potential answer because of your chosen question.
One way to see if the question is right is to examine how you would honestly answer it before presenting it to others. When you evaluate the answer you offer break it down into the smallest parts and look for relevance or bias in your answer.
If you find parts of the question have problems, try again to correct the weakness to open the door to more possibilities in the answer.
