Don't leave the answer just hanging out there with adding this

In a job interview, plan on the question: “What is your greatest weakness?” It always comes, sometimes because they can think of anything else (it is an easy question to toss out) and sometimes on purpose probing. Answering this question correctly is essential. Figuring out what would be correct s not easy. Of course, be honest but do not get hung up on that because it is a trap. Be frank in bringing up a weakness but show how you dealt with it and conquered it.

Some examples. I get so focused on my work that I can forget an appointment, and it was a real problem before I learned to live with a day planner with all my to-do items. I often forget important names and did so until I learned to write them down in my day planner immediately.

The point is to show how you have dealt with the weakness. Show that you are human but that you take doing a good job seriously.
