If you are looking for a job, you must be prepared for the interview, so where do you find what you need? People looking for jobs often talk about the connections they had at their last job. Their former suppliers, customers, and competitors can give them a different perspective on the business.
Getting up from your chair is critical when you need to do something—no time for napping. Things have changed. If nothing else, at least pull a table up to the chair, turn on the computer and start networking.
