Amiable, Good-Natured, Obliging, and Complaisant are Soft Job Skills
Brent Jones
AMIABLE, GOOD-NATURED, OBLIGING, COMPLAISANT mean having the desire or disposition to please. Don’t confuse complaisant with complacent: complaisant means willing to do something to please another, complacent means smug and self-satisfied, something you want to avoid when you're on the winning team.
AMIABLE implies having qualities that make one liked and easy to deal with.
These soft skills will serve you well in a job interview as you are friendly and pleasant.
Polish your skills when looking for a job, and of course, while you still have a job.
